Watercress Tea Sandwiches
Take out the beautiful china, hold up your pinkie and plan an afternoon tea!
Watercress Tea sandwiches, like those you might find on the table for afternoon tea, should be as petite and thin as possible. We have added a few slivers of cucumbers and radishes vegetables in addition to the watercress. Use thinly sliced sandwich bread, perfect for making these traditional teatime offerings. These petite sandwiches are also great as an appetizer, for afternoon snacks or a picnic.

The name of Of Half A Mind comes from the shadowy experiment that tries to rewire the right side of the brain. “There’s nothing to stop a lot of those right-side functions from disappearing, and many of them are what makes us human,” Sam says to Sue. This would be a person with “half a mind” as Sue responds, with “no emotional boundaries.”
