It's time to try Zucchini Noodles!

Did you know zucchini can be made into noodles
and used as a pasta?

Zucchini noodles look and taste just like the real thing, especially

when topped with your favorite sauce. This is a great idea for Passover, just around the corner.

Easy to Make

It's so easy to make them too. You can use a vegetable spiralizer, which can be found on Amazon or in stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond for around $30. Or use a vegetable peeler for ribbon noodles. If using a peeler stack the ribbons on top of each other and cut thin strips for traditional noodles.

Pasta Sauces Work on Zucchini Noodles!

Give theses noodles a try. We love to eat them room temperature with a hot or cold sauce on top. Marinara, Pesto, Alfredo and Tapenade are some of our favorite.
