GREEN TEA: HEALTHY FOR CHEAP

To be honest, Lisa's not a big tea drinker.

But when it comes to green tea, she really wanted to incorporate the tea into her diet for all the antioxidants. Just do a search on the antioxidants and loads of positive things will pop up.

Using Green Tea in Smoothies

Her favorite way to use the tea is in smoothies. She brews the tea bags and keeps the tea in the fridge. Then she uses the tea as a liquid in place of water, milk or juice.
