Graveyard pudding

Serves 6-8

What you'll need:
2 boxes Chocolate Pudding (follow recipe on box)
2 cups Crushed Chocolate Cookies, such as Oreos, for Cookie Crumble
Square or Rectangle cookies such as Graham Crackers for Tombstones
Icing for writing
Halloween candy for decoration

1. Place pudding in a dish and cover with cookie crumble.
2. Using a pastry bag with a very small tip or store bought icing/gel in a tube, pipe RIP or years on the cookies. TIP:  You can also use a zip lock or plastic bag with a small hole made in the corner for piping, as in first picture above.
3. Place “tombstones” around the edge of the baking pan in a standing up position, so the writing can be seen. Follow pictures above for placement.

4. Call in the kids to put the candy on top of cookie crumble.  Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.  Be sure to make a scary face when serving!
