The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake

Chef Lisa Rovick eats no tahini humus in a wrap.

No tahini humus

Humus is a great snack, healthy and low calorie. Our recipe is delicious and homemade. Although we really like tahini, it can be a bit expensive and you may find it hard to use up before it goes bad. Plus you really can't taste a difference without it!

We decided to try two different flavors. To do this, we doubled the recipe and then removed half to keep one half of the mixture simple and less spicy.

To the other half of the mixture, we added a tablespoon of Sriracha to give it a little extra kick:)

Serve with your favorite veggies or in a wrap.
