Bread Pudding is scrumptiously delicious and uses up leftover breads or croissants! We give you our recipe here but don't stop there! It's so easy to make up your own recipe. If you can make French toast, you can make bread pudding! The cooking time will vary slightly depending on the size of your ramekin or pan.

 

We give you a quick and basic recipe that easily incorporates your other ingredients, such as raisins, chocolate chips or chopped nuts. You can use your bread of choice—challah raisin or cinnamon bread are extra fabulous!

 

This recipe includes substitutions for vegan, gluten free, dairy free and diabetic eaters.
