The simplest salad dressing is one of the most classic and tasty! Vinaigrettes are made in their simplest forms by combining oil to vinegar in a ratio of one part oil to four parts vinegar or other acid such as lemon or lime, salt and pepper. Add seasoning, as we have, to create flavors from around the world!
