Tomato Cream Sauce

Yield 2 cups
4 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 avocado
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. You may also leave the sauce a
little chunky.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Substitution
Allium Free: Omit Garlic.
