This idea is brilliant and saves a lot of time.

Lisa’s girls love PB&J sandwiches. She usually make 2-3 sandwiches a day and although it's not a complicated sandwich to make, it still takes time to prepare, wrap and clean up afterwards.

Take an entire loaf of bread and put it in the freezer to firm up a bit. Then in an assembly line, make the sandwiches and place them uncut in a zip lock bag. Keep in the freezer and pull the sandwiches out when needed. The sandwiches cut perfectly when frozen and defrost in minutes.

You can also make other sandwiches ahead of time by freezing. Any meat and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard or hummus works great. Just add lettuce, tomato, cucumber and other veggies after sandwich is defrosted.  Also try Cream Cheese with olives, dates or raisins. Tortilla roll-ups and pita bread are a great alternative to sandwich bread.

Try this out and you'll wonder, "Why didn't I do this before!"
