If life is a bowl of cherries,
why not make yogurt!
Super-food
Cherries are a wonderful fruit that are only in season for a few weeks each year. They can be categorized as a super-food for all the fantastic health benefits and antioxidant properties.
There are many varieties of cherries, all which are
delicious. Some are sweeter and some are more tart
The slight tartness of the cherries gives the fruit more
complexity and a slight acidic quality.
Dairy Free Yogurt
This makes cherries the perfect ingredient for healthy,
dairy free yogurt, which looks very much like the traditional yogurts. It gives it that tang. This version is all natural and fat free!
